President

- Gil-Won, Lee (Poet)
- Gil-Won Lee made his debut as a poet through a monthly 《Poetry Literature》, He separated his position of the editor of a monthly 《Women's Life》 after being indicted for his article.
- His publication of anthology includes《Hahoe Mask Self-Portrait》,《Meditations on Ginko Nuts》,《Sitting on an Eggshell》,《One Morning as a Tree》,《Haeiri Poems》,《Poems of Lee Gil-Won》, and《Sunset glow》, the latter two of which are the English version of his poems.
- He was awarded the『5th Sang-Byeong Cheon Prize』and the『24th Dong-Ju Yoon Literary Prize』.
- Before becoming the president of the Korean Centre of the International PEN, he has been engaged in the Centre as an auditor, director, chair of the Planning Committee, and vice president of the centre. He has worked as the editor of the《PEN Literature》.
- In addition to his activities for the PEN, he serves as a director of the Literature House, Seoul. He participated in the 59th, 60th, 61st, 62nd, 64th, 66th, 67th, 73rd, and 74th International PEN Congress as a representative of Korean Centre.
Vice President

- Kwang-Sung Son (Essayist)
- Kwang-Sun Son made debut as an essayist by releasing《A Snail》at《Essay Park-the title was changed to Literary Essay later》. His publication includes《Like the Wind Blowing over a Flower of Water Lilies》,《Wishing to Bloom like Flowers》,《Repairing Roof》,《A Snail》,《Our Beautiful Classic Essays》,《Best Essays of Korea 1,2》,《Best Essays of the World》, and《Kwang-Sung Son's Know-How for Writing Essays》.
- He was awarded the 16th Contemporary Korean Essay Literature Prize, the 21st International PEN Literature Prize, the 1st Gacheon Environmental Literature Prize, and received a certificate of merit at the 11th Pan-Korea Buddist Arts Exhibition.
- He has served as the 6th president of the Korean Association for Promotion of Literary Essay, and now is a director of the Korean Writers' Association, an advisor of《Literary Essay》 and《Essayist》. He is teaching literary creation at cultural centre of Hankookilbo, a leading daily newspaper and writing at the Korea Women's Literature Association and Continuing Education Centre of University of Seoul.

- Sam-Seok Moon (Juvenile Literature)
- Sam-Seok Moon made debut as a writer of juvenile literature through the Chosun Ilbo, a daily newspaper with his children's verse titled『Around a Stove at a Countryside School』. His publication includes《Valley Brook》,《Post Card of an Autumn》,《Stars》,《Raindrops are Joyful》,《Baby, Baby》,《Under the Umbrella》,《The Wind and the Empty Bottle》,《Cap of an Acorn》,《Nursery Rhymes for Mom and Baby》,《Rhyme Babbling with Mom》, and《Playground in the Sky》.
- Awards he received are; Korea Children's Verse Prize, Kyemongsa Children's Literature Prize, Sejong Children's Literature Prize, Socheon Children's Literature Prize, Korea Literature Prize, Jeong-Whan Pang Literature Prize, Catholic Literature Prize, Grand Prize of Children's Song, the Republic of Korea. He was awarded a national medal from the government for his contribution for the promotion of children's literature.
- He worked as a director, an auditor of the Korean Writers' Association, and president of Korean Association of Writers of Children's Literature. Now he is working as an advisor of the Korean Children's Literature Society, a member of the central committee of Korean Society for Research of Children's Literature, an advisor of Korean Society of Children's Verse, and the president of the Society of Kyemong Children's Literature, and a member of the Catholic Writers' Association.

- Hi-Guen Kang (Poet)
- Dr. Hi-Guen Kang majored in Korean language and literaure at Dongkuk University in Seoul, and finished master course and received phD at Dong-A Univeristy. His debut was through Seoul Daily Newspaper. He published a total of 13 books of his own writing, including《A Study on Our Poetry》,《Writing Korean Poems》 and《Happiness of Reading Poems》. His anthologies are;《Smoke and Weather》,《Wind Forecast》,《I Have a Cough》,《Sea, for an Hour》,《Love Ceremony》,《Hwagye-Ri》,《Passing through Somoon-Ri》,《Jungsan-Ri Nowadays》,《What Goes Deeper》,《Hill of Wet Fog》,《Our Dawn》, etc.
- He won the New Artist Award from Ministry of Information, the Kyungsangnam-Do Culture Prize, Yeon-Hyeon Cho Literary Award, PEN Literary Prize.
- He has served as the dean of College of Liberal Arts, Gyeongsang National University and vice chairman of the Council of Professors of National and State Universities, and retired under an age clause in August 2008. He also servee as president of Kyungsangnam-Do Writers' Association. Currently he is working for the Association of Commemorating the Poet Hyung-Gi Lee, co-editor-in-chief of bimonthly《Poem Loving People》, chair of the steering committee of Kim Sakat Literary Award, a director of the Korean Writers' Association.

- Ja-Hyo Yoo (Poet)
- Anthologies Ja-Hyo Yoo published with his own poems are《The Evening of Ash Wednesday》,《A Short-lived Love》,《Parting》,《My Soul》,《Now Is the Time to Sorrow》,《Dating》,《Forbidden Games》,《About Missing》,《A Dog That Became a Saint》,《The End of a Journey》, and "Climbing the Himalayas on the Tram》. He wrote essay books titled《I Miss Much More as I Cannot See》.《Another Name of the World》, and 《Mr. Pibot Is Absorbed in Reading Now》
- He was awarded Contemporary Sijo Literary Prize, Whokwang Literary Prize, Pyeonwoon Literary Prize, Cheong Ji-Yong Literary Prize, Yusim Best Works Prize, and Grand Prize for the Best Korean Journalist.
- He was a Paris correspondent of Korea Broadcasting System, and has worked as chief of various departments of political, international affairs, production, and was responsible for offices of editorial writers and radio broadcasting of Seoul Broadcasting System, and director of SBS. He has worked as president of Korea Broadcsting Journalist Club and a vice president of Association of Editors of Korean Newspapers and Broadcasters.
- Presently, he is a director of the Society of Korean Poets, president of the Academy of Poems and Poetry, and a member of the Korean Writers' Association. He is writing columns about social issues in the Pusan Daily Newspaper.

- Sang-Moon Lee (Novelist)
- Mr. Sang-Moon Lee became a novelist through《Monthly Literature》. He wrote short story books titled《A Recovering Arm》,《A Hero's Country》,《Sneaky Betrayal》,《Who wouldn't Like to be a Star》, and published novels of《The Yellow People》,《A City without Stairs》,《Contract with Freedom》,《Dancing Naked Woman》,《The Taegeukgi is Floating High in the Wind》,《Kim Sakkat, a Wandering Poet》, etc. He also wrote documentaries of《Vietnam in a Special Tune》 and《The Revolution is Not Over Yet》.
- He has received the Literary Award of the Republic of Korea, Dong-Ju Yoon Literary Award, Dongguk Literary Award, and the Korea PEN Award. He worked as an MC of a TV programme titled『Coexisting Society』of Korea Educational Broadcasting System(EBS), a fixed panel of『Morning Court』 and『Broadcasting from a Guest Room』 of Korea Broadcasting Station(KBS), Presently, he is working as chairman of Korea Paper Manufacturers』 Association, an adjunct professor of Department of Literary Creation, editor-in-chief of《Literature and Creation》, and a fixed panel of Global Korean Network of KBS World Radio.
